BOB HENDRIKS

Biography

The mesmerizing energy in Bob’s deeply personal and vibrant pieces is fueled by his experimentation with textures and tools. His works are included in private and corporate collections across Canada, the U.S., and Europe.

His newest creations are unique, one-of-a-kind sculptures called TEDD—Thankful Every Damn Day—the acronym Bob chose for his hand-painted gratitude bears. The TEDDs offer collectors an opportunity to discover a new medium and explore the artist’s ever-evolving, textured palette.

Bob’s painting style reflects the vast and varied genres he continually explores: Pop Art, thick, rich acrylics applied with a palette knife, tactile mixed media that invites touch, and dreamy abstract landscapes that attract collectors from around the world.

Born in the Netherlands and currently residing in Canada, Bob pursues his true creative passion through art while using his left brain to run a successful communications and branding firm. He is often accompanied by three very large dogs.
